Guidelines for Oral Presentations
- Each speaker is allowed 20 minutes to present and discuss a paper.
- Sessions typically contain four presentations.
- Speakers should plan to present for no more than 18 minutes, leaving a minimum of 2 minutes for
questions and answers (Q&A). Accordingly, moderators will be asked to interrupt presentations that exceed 18 minutes. - Each conference room will be equipped with a PC, projector, screen, laser pointer, speakers and internet.
