Camera-Ready Papers

Scroll-down for instructions on the preparation of camera-ready papers for the LATINCOM WORSHOP.

PREPARATION OF YOUR FINAL MANUSCRIPT

Registration and No-Show Policy

In order to have your paper published in the conference proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore®, you or one of your co-authors must register for the conference at the Author/Paper Rate by the authors registration deadline (October 15, 2018). Accepted papers must have at least one valid Author/Paper registration associated to it by that date. To register for the conference, please go to the LATINCOM 2018 registration page.

Note that IEEE LATINCOM 2018 applies the IEEE No-Show Policy, meaning that the IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

The final camera-ready version of your paper should account for all the reviewers’ feedback. Should you need to change the title or the abstract to account for such comments, then please request approval from the TPC Co-Chairs before proceeding with such changes.

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Detailed instructions can be found at:
